I think I have been charged incorrectly, how do I get a refund?

    To whom it may concern,

    I set up an account to try building a social site with your 14 day free trial offer. Within 24 hours I canceled the account.  However, on 5/13/13 a charge of $99.99 was charged to my credit card. I would like to have this refunded in full since I requested to cancel the account well before the 14 days was over. 

    Also, I have attached a copy of the email I received on April 29th confirming the cancellation.
