Suspending accounts is the last thing we want to do - if you ever think you won't be able to make a payment, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know!
We understand that unavoidable events such as a lost or stolen card can temporarily cause a subscription payment to be late and for this reason we give all accounts a 2 week grace period before any punitive measures are taken.
If your site has been suspended for non-payment, then all you have to do is email email@example.com and let us know you'd like us to reactivate your site so you can add new card details. Within 1 working day we will re-activate your site. You can then enter your new card details in your admin center and we will process your payment.
