You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time (Premium, Concierge) by logging in to your admin area (yoursite.sgv2.com/admin) and clicking on 'Your Subscription' in the 'Account' drop down.
Upgrade – If you upgrade, we will charge you a pro-rated amount for the upgrade, the amount of which will depend on how far you are through your billing cycle. We will debit you for the new plan up to your next billing date, but you will also receive a credit for the unused portion of your previous plan.
For example, you are on the Publisher plan ($10.00 a month) and your billing date is on the 1st of the month. You then choose to upgrade to the Community plan ($20.00) on the 15th. The invoice will consist of a $10.00 debit (for the half a month remaining on the Community plan) and a $5.00 credit (for the half a month unused portion of the publisher plan).
Downgrade – If you downgrade, you will recieve a pro-rated credit, the amount of which will depend on how far you are through your billing cycle. We will debit you for the new plan up to your next billing date, but you will also receive a credit for the unused portion of your previous plan which will go towards your future payments at your new rate plan.
