Lots of websites offer an RSS feed, which is basically some form of content transmitted by a site, which you can then add to your SocialGO site. Check out http://www.google.com/support/feedburner/bin/answer.py?answer=79408 for a more thorough explanation of what RSS is.
The address for an RSS feed will look something like this: http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_uk_edition/front_page/rss.xml. You’ll notice this icon on any website that has content - whether text, audio or video - to which you can subscribe and read, watch and listen.

To add an RSS feed to your network, go into the ‘Site Builder’ section of your admin centre, which can be accessed via the toolbar.

Once inside the ‘Site Builder’ section you will see the RSS Feed block in the list of widgets.
You can add the RSS Feed to any page already on the network or create a custom page just for RSS feeds. Drag and drop the RSS Feed into the main display area or into the sidebar.

Edit the RSS Feed widget to add a title and enter your chosen RSS feed location URL. There is also a setting to choose what number of news entries you wish to be shown on the page.

To update your RSS feed details simply press the 'Save ' button.
